Open Farm Sunday 2022

We're looking forward to hosting Open Farm Sunday on 12th June!

Our day will start with an early bird milking demonstration from 8.30am, with a Q&A at 9am. You can then book an early breakfast in the café from 9.30am onwards.

On the day, you’ll be able to meet our rare breed sheep and pigs, our goats, turkeys, Emu, Jersey Goddesses, Lory the Highland Coo, and see our pastured chicken mobile in action.
We will also have a display of modern and vintage machinery, food and craft market, plus the Norfolk Wildlife Trust, the Rare Breed Survival Trust and many others besides.
Natasha Read of Beeches Farm Equestrian will be dazzling us with her gorgeous Lusitano horses and a display of classical equitation and dressage, and Zak Read, of T J Read Farriers will be showing off his skills with a farriery demonstration.
Farm tours/talks will be throughout the day as follows:
11am Regenerative Farming Talk and Tour
12.30pm Norfolk Wildlife Trust Tour
2pm Regenerative Farming Talk and Tour
3.30pm Norfolk Wildlife Trust Tour
You can also book in for our fabulous cream teas in the café, and will be able to enjoy a hog roast and BBQ as well as a range of other delicious foodie treats!
No dogs I’m afraid, due to the amount of livestock on the farm.
The farm walk will be open which is suitable for pushchairs but may be tricky for non-motorised wheelchairs. The majority of the site is
wheelchair friendly, as is the farm shop and café.
